How often is Product reStocked?
Since each product is printed after an order has been placed, this allows us to always have the product in stock. If at any point there becomes an issue with our supplier and printing company, we will inform you immediately and discuss potential solutions.
How long does it take for orders to be processed & shipped?
Each deck is printed after the order has been placed. Please allow up to 3-4 days for orders to be processed. Large orders may take a bit longer to process and we will make sure to reach out about the estimated ship date. After your order has processed, we will send an update with your shipping information. All orders will be shipped via USPS.
Is it possible to place a bulk order?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in placing a bulk order (10+). In your email, please include an estimate of how many units you are interested in of each product so that we can provide you with accurate pricing and shipping information.
What is the shipping rate?
We offer two options for shipping: USPS First-Class for $4.99 and USPS Priority Mail for $7.99. USPS First-Class has limited tracking information and takes about 5-7 days to arrive. USPS Priority Mail for $7.99 offers more detailed tracking information and takes about 3 days to arrive.
Where do you ship to?
At this time we only ship to the continental U.S. If you are outside of this area and are interested in purchasing one of our products, please send us a message at email@example.com and we can see what we can do for you.
What form of payment do you accept?
All payments are made via PayPal. During the check out process, you will be given an option to either pay with your PayPal account or by using a debit/credit card. By using PayPal, we can further assure the security of your personal information. Paypal also offers the ability to pay later for approved customers. This allows orders over $50 to be paid in 4 equal installments.
